Customers, Complaints, more Customers and yet more Complaints

Working from home today, at got virtually nothing on my TTD list done. As I am still pseudo PM I have spent almost all day working through customer issues, and knowledge gaps. Why will no-one take responsibility for anything!?!

The only way to get anything done is for everyone to take a big step down. This can not continue, we must get people to stand up and be counted. It is so hard to create head room, we will get there, but it is going to be one hell of a slog. I know we are providing an improving service, but I want so much more.

I want to be growing the business not fire fighting. Next week must see some steps forward, I have several meetings with people that can influence the future.

Fizzy, fresh with a really soft apple flavour. This is a nice one. If you like your Ciders light, fizzy and a strong but gentle apple overtones then this could be for you. In the taste test so far this is a real contender.

So the weekend starts here, I have 1 set of actions to be written up, two presentations and a draft set of management objectives, but other than that its TV, Sainsburys, reading and relaxing. I need a rest, 4 weeks of 60 hours + after nothing has taken it out of me, and I need to re-charge.
