Monday – First Board Mtg

So here we go, first board meeting and before that first forecasting meeting.

The day went well, the forecast was excepted to be a tough ride, but my numbers were excepted, the key will be to deliver them! Nothing interesting really during the meeting, generally we are in the position we need to be Paul and I have most to address, but we have plans in place to sort them

Evening with the Sales and Business Development Directors, the food was ok, although the service was very slow! Interesting to get some more background on some of my staff, and their view on my past employers.

Very different to the old days when Steve, Tony and I would have been in the bar til 2am. I was in bed by 23:00 and was able to speak to Belle.
