Customer Care and Numbers

What do you do when you have a £350k gap and somewhere between £0 and £14m to fill it. The answer is play with excel it can answer any question and deliver a solution that is perfect. It may take 6 hours, but it is worth it.

So 2 customer visits, 2 happy customers, this is easy, if only delivering the promises were so easy.

The new recruit will be with us on the 18th August, perfect. I am so looking forward to adding him to the mix, he will make a real difference, just hope the final two are ok. Its like the last Cylon, only we know who they are just not the outcome!

Also got some great feedback today, which always make life better. My team not only like me, but have feed the fact back to my boss, cant be bad!

Off to customer number 3 tomorrow, and London for the first time in ages, should be fun, really problems to solve this time!
