Expecting Perfection

So, after two days of sole searching wondering why my team cant deliver, today was a reality check. 1) This has been broken for years & I have only been here 4 weeks, 2) I am the best at what I do, I didn’t miss the number, we the team missed the number, 3) I have a plan, I have 2 managers in Bristol tomorrow, where I will set some very clear objectives.

I have also had a very positive conversation with the boss, which shows he understands what I am trying to do. He has also shown he trusts me. So therefore I am going to go for it. Don’t get in the way, there is a fully charge director coming through!

So off to Bristol tomorrow, then M2’s for dinner and o/n which will be will be great, as I have not seen him for ages, or got him to myself. The Worcester and some structure planning.

So self doubt behind me, and off we go, next stop re-shaped business, real delivery, quality of service, quality of deliver, and a business to be proud of. This is a going to become a results business!
