And all of the dreaming goes on

When there are ways you want to approach things, it sometimes comes hard when you have to go against the grain. The differentiator between those who can, and those who say, is delivering. Today has been one of those days, failure to deliver leading to long term decisions about people, jobs and approach. I will not tolerate mediocrity when people are prepared to take the cash. Step up or step out. Some people have voted with their brains or lack there of.

This week I now have 3 customer visits, what a joke.

I need a 1:1 to get some big decisions made.

On a positive note, the in-laws have arrived and we had a great evening chating and eating and generally having a good time. Nice good (if I say so myself, although I need a way to find more juice for Summer Puddings), nice wine (I love the 2004!), and a general chilled approach.

I need to find a way to address the volume of work, as I can process more than most, but if I cant create the time to follow up with management instructions then we are screwed!

I love this job, it needs me, and only I can deliver! I am great!!!!!!!!
