Solutions Design

So as we all know if you want a system to provide end user delight you need solutions design. An alternative is to just hope for the best and then complain if you don’t get it. So into the Lions den, with no system knowledge, but with a good tech back-up and 3 hours later an accepted route forward based on best practise.

My financial suggestions have all been accepted, and we are close to a way forward to future projections.

Follow that up with a good conversation around the shape of the future organisation and it should have been a good day.

But it wasn’t!
