Its been a long week, and in some ways frustrating. I have addressed a number of point issues and resolved several customer complaints, however I am not getting the time to push forward with the business improvement stuff.

I was so tired last night I was asleep before belle had finished her shower, that never happens, and I fell asleep on the train into the big smoke this morning.

Generally today went well, more complaints resolved, better understanding of the businesses problems. I do really need a weekend tho.

So its sleep, sport, and some shopping, ready for another full week, next week, where at least I get 1 day in my office!
